This microwave is affordable, well sized, powerful, and easy to use. The latter does have one drawback. The quick start, i.e. just tapping 1 to 6 to start the microwave, does cause some concern if someone does not wish to automatically start the microwave immediately for 1-6 minutes. The positive side is it’s easy. The negative side is it’s too easy. Nevertheless, the quick start is only available for a maximum of 6 minutes.

Attractive and powerfully efficient microwave at a reasonable price. Did I mention easy to use too? Can’t go wrong with this one!

Good microwave for the money, has everything you need. Defrost and sensor cook modes work well. I like the door with a handle as opposed to the typical push-button door. After a few years their push-buttons start sticking in or get stiff so you end up pushing your oven across the counter to get it to open. Not so with this door, it opens easily and closes firmly.

Fits in small kitckens. It matched other name brand kitchen appliances well. It is a bit loud when we open the door. The handle is just a pull and push door, not buttons. The microphone works great , we have had it for about 8 mos now and works great.

I read a lot of reviews prior to deciding on this unit and it was a good choice. It cooks in the same amount of time as our old, much larger unit and it is so quiet you cannot even hear it running. The unit is light so it tends to move when you open the door. We put small pieces of rubber backing designed for to keep rugs from sliding on floors and the problem was solved. You can't even tell they are there.

Great microwave. It's very easy to use. So many features. This is my second Sharp Carousel. Wouldn't pick any other brand or model.

This is such a nice microwave oven! The inside is a dark enamel, the outside looks very nice, easy to use and the big handle is just the best. I got one for the girlfriend and she loves it I had to pay extra for it but it is easily worth it. Highly recommended!

This microwave looks really nice and has a lot of room inside! I like the ease of the controls.

I like this microwave mainly because it is easy to operate. The light given off of the clock works great as a night light for the kitchen. The light inside the microwave allows me to see the food I am warming up. This microwave is the perfect size for me. It is so much lighter than my last two microwave ovens. The inside is so much roomier than my previous microwave.

Very easy to use and operate. Its has a stylish look and is compact.

We've had Sharp Carousel microwaves for decades. Never any problems until the very last when they finally worn out after decades of use. Delivered on time and in perfect condition. We like the new features even though they were not the reason for buying. Looking forward to another twenty years af satisfactory experience with it.

I am replacing my 22 yr old Sharp with this one. My old one finally died and am hoping I get a nice long life out of this one. I would give this 5 stars anywhere else, but I am disappointed in best buys customer service. I needed the microwave today and received it with a couple of dings. They wanted me to either drive an hour to pick up a new one or wait to be shipped again. With the pictures why would I want another one shipped. I decided to keep it and hope nothing internal was damaged. You would think they could refund a little money back because it was damaged. I guess not. I will not buy anything from them again if it has to be shipped even if the price is lower.

Purchased this Sharp microwave to replace an older version I have had for years. I was happy with the older one and am happy with this one so far. Function keys are easy to use (a bit small to read). The microwave has ample power and has all basic functions I need (reheat, timer cooking, defrost, etc.). Nice compact size. Can heat one large plate of food easily.

We needed to replace our old General Electric microwave after it became highly defective, so my wife and I went to our local Best Buy to look for an immediate replacement. We found this product in the Open Box section, and liked everything we saw about it (size, button menu, etc). Since we purchased it, it has proven an excellent replacement. The one complaint I might have is that the whole unit moves when you open the door, but this is a negligible complaint. My grandmother had a Sharp microwave that lasted the better part of 2 decades, so hopefully this one will last quite a long time as well.

Wonderful microwave. Small enough for my counter, with enough power to heat anything!

Very nice aesthetically. Cook options are simple and varied. Has been working well. I have to say Best Buy SAVED me when my 12 y/o microwave stopped working 2 weeks into shelter-in-place - with SAME DAY (within 3 hours) delivery. I was very pleased (and worth a bit of extra $$ on the price tag)

We bought this to replace our little microwave that we had for 8 years. This is the best microwave we’ve ever owned. It heats the food and not the place like some microwaves do and it’s easy to use. It’s easy to clean and maintain. I have not had any issues with is since we got it. I am so happy with this product.

The countertop microwave works very well. It heats up my food very quickly. I was surprised at how well it works compared to my over-the-range one.
