I love my new microwave. Very powerful and heats food quickly. I can reheat a slice of pizza in less than a minute and it will be hot. Delivered on time and with stealth speed. I will be buying all of my appliances from Best Buy from now on.

This was a good purchase for us. Our previous microwave was a Sharp mid-size that had a slightly larger carousel but it hasn't been a problem so far to have one that is about an inch less in diameter. Our previous Sharp microwave lasted us 15-16 years before it stopped functioning (electrical problem), so we hope for a similar lifespan before this one needs to be replaced. The black stainless steel makes for a handsome appliance. The controls are easy to work with and the clock/timer display is a bright blue that lights up the pantry when we turn the lights out for the night. One unexpected thing that happened was that the turntable started to turn roughly. Consulting the manual that came with the machine, we found out that the floor of the unit needs to be cleaned with warm water and a rag once in a while (even though it looks to be perfectly clean) and the frame the plate sits on needs to be taken out and the little wheels need to be cleaned of even the tiniest debris markings. Once that is done, the carousel moves smoothly again. Easy fix.

We are heavy microwave users. For the most part, this oven is great. It is lighter than what we had so when opening the door, it often pulls the entire oven. We need to brace it with the other hand of thumb. Otherwise, we like it. It fit in the space very well.

Happy with this microwave. It works well, is sleek-looking, and not overly noisy. It’s a great size for our kitchen, and compliments it without being overbearing or ugly.

It's a good size, it's quiet and will stop being when you open the door which is good for late night snacks

We purchased this oven to replace an older and bigger unit. I was pleased with its power and shortcut commands and wonder why I didn't buy a newer unit sooner. This is a quiet and efficient oven.

This microwave has the same power as my last Sharp microwave. It's easy to use and easy clean up! It is the same size as my other one and takes up less room. I love the black stainless steel!

My old 20+ year old sharp microwave finally died on me in June. Got another sharp microwave to replace it. This one is literally 2x the power and 3x more efficient. And a bit quieter too. I guess the only bad thing is that this one has so many more settings/buttons. Have to have the manual next to it for the first few months to learn how to use it. Hopefully this new one lasts 40+ years.
