I love it !!!!! Most micro convention countertop models are very small inside this one is very spacious and you can truly use it as a second oven !!!! Two crustless quiches !!!! Now let's see if it last 10 years like my last one !!!

I purchased the Sharp to replace the exact same sized 20 year old Dacor branded microwave/convection oven two months ago. The door on the oven has already shifted and binds on the edges. Additionally, the unit has a horrible off-gassing smell that induces headaches. Hopefully, this unit can be repaired or replaced under warranty.

I have installed our replacement Microwave after researching to find one that closely matched the one we have used and enjoyed for 20 years. This looks identical in many ways. However the door does not shut well and has an area near the hinge that looks like it has been damaged or just poorly manufactured. The light is commonly left on after an attempt to shut the door has NOT resulted in success. The door release button feels flimsy and poorly manufactured. It works, but does not feel like the equipment it has replaced.

This convection microwave works very well. I sometimes need 2 ovens or I just don’t want to have to use the large wall oven and this fits the bill. Ours is installed in a cabinet so we also purchased the specified trim kit. The cabinet needed some trimming from the previous old microwave and we had to move the outlet due to the ductwork. We also had to trim the rails slightly so the microwave seated in the indentations correctly.

We're extremely happy with our new Sharp carousel Microwave convection oven. It replace the our old Microwave the stop working after several years of use. It has many of the same features and we're sure it will give us quality service for several years.

This microwave works great! It’s also an oven so you can bake anything! Very practical, easy to use and high quality product.

I had a Sharp Carousel microwave for over 20 years. So, when it finally died I did my homework and read the reviews. Most of the experiences were a lot like mine, and they wanted to have the same experience. Most were not as happy with their second purchase, and one review said that they had to return the item because the door didn't line up, and they had to exchange it for another one. I understand these things can happen, but when mine showed up it had the same problem. It was a real pain in my rear. But, I exchanged it and now it is working fine. I'm hoping for the best.

I love the convection feature. It is quiet and easy to clean.

We have had 2 of this model. First one lasted at least 15 years. Second one lasted less than 1 year. Best Buy replaced it with no questions asked and no problem. If this one last 15 years I'll be satisfied.

The rack on the new model is smaller and kind of rides sloppy on the turntable which is actually the same size as the old one. Not sure why they changed. It showed up on time pretty much without damage from shipment, One corner seems to have taken a hit but wont be visible. I was able to modify my old racks to fit nicely in the new unit with no sparks. The buttons are not easy to read. Back lighting would be nice. Overall I am happy. I have had at least two of their combo units for the last 20 years.

Although new this unit has performed well so far. We are still learning on the convection oven and have mastered baking frozen biscuits so they are cooked thoroughly allll the way through. Love rhe machin!

I have owned a Sharp convection microwave oven for 30 years and I love it. The heating element finally gave out and my new oven is just as good as my previous one. I especially like that the dimensions and programming stayed the same so it fits into the space I have for it and it's still easy to use.

We love this oven ... but, we had to send the first one back since it would not function since the door is very difficult to close. I think that it must be an ongoing problem since the replacement oven also has trouble with the door. I can get the oven to start if I slam it door quite firmly and I hope that it won't result in a problem at a later date.

Replaced 8 yr old same model. New model fit same built in space and existing trim fit well. Newer functionality easier to use and simple instructions included in manual. No regrets.

As our kitchen does not have an oven, this microwave/convection oven is ideal for us. We had the previous model for ten years and used it on a daily basis. The only thing that could make it better would be if it used inverter technology for varying the cooking power.

This microwave is great! You can even bake in it. 900W is a little lower than most recipes expect, so keep that in mind. Looks nice and works well.

Bought this item in December of 2022. Great product until about 5 months ago when the door switch quick working properly. Multi pushes on the latch to get the latch to release so door would open. July 2024 unit quick working and not sure if repair is possible.

Yes, I would say this is a great micro/convection oven- it is LARGE though.... measure carefully!

We purchased it to replace the same (older unit) that failed after 23 years. Love the features and the reliability.
