Have been using this microphone for awhile now. One of the best I've ever had. Took a hot minute to figure out some of the bells and whistles ( only because I didn't read the manual), but now use them almost exclusively.

I bought this for the company break room. So far everyone is enjoying it. User friendly and works well.

This purchase replaced a 14-year old equivalent Sharp model whose door release broke. The new one takes more button pushes to select cook times under a minute. Other than that it is a sturdy, well made unit with similar feel, cook times, and capabilities for a very reasonable price.

Bigger than I expected, but perfectly works. Easy to set up and use

We bought this microwave to replace a similar sized one we had for a while that finally went out. Our old microwave was also a Sharp Carousel, and we liked it so we bought this one after trying an LG one that we returned. This wasn't our first choice of model, so we kind of settled for it. The one we initially wanted wasn't in stock anywhere (discontinued maybe?) so we tried an LG since we love the LG TVs we have and heard good things about their appliances. We returned the LG because it didn't have all of the bells and whistles that the wife wanted and because it serenaded you with every button press (which was going to get old quick). Unfortunately, choices in the bigger than 2 cubic feet microwaves are a bit limited. So after comparing models, we went with this one which had most of what we wanted. This Sharp one checked most all of the boxes. Nothing obnoxious beep wise, and had pretty much all the buttons/features we wanted. We got it home opened up the box and there was a small ding in the door. I decided I didn't want to bother returning it for the ding and since I got the geek squad warranty on it I figured if we had problems we were covered. Just be aware that they are not particularity well packaged in their boxes compared to some of the other brands (at least this model isn't). The other thing apparent on this was build quality. This isn't put together as well as our old microwave that was in the same general price range as I recall. It is louder than our old microwave, but we've kind of gotten used to it now. The button features are decent. It has sensor heating that my wife liked. Had we found the equivalent size with the newer "Inverter" technology and a full keypad, we would've probably gone with that, but most of the ones we saw only have a knob or digital +/- button to adjust cook time. We wanted to be able to punch in the actual time. Overall, it does what it's supposed to, and seems to be decent enough for what it cost us.

I need a large microwave and prefer Sharp over all the others. It is reliable, easy to use and easy to clean.

THE SHARP 2.2 CU FT MICROWAVE HAS BEEN GREAT. I LUCKED OUT BECAUSE IT WAS THE LAST ONE IN STOCK THE DAY I BOUGHT IT. FOR THE PRICE, IT IS QUITE A BIT LARGER THAN THE REST IN THAT PRICE RANGE. VERY EASY TO USE WITHOUT READING THROUGH A TECH MANUAL. PLENTY OF INTERNAL SPACE AND A BIT QUIETER THAN MY PREVIOUS MICROWAVE. ALL IN ALL, I'D HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MODEL.

This unit replaced a 20 year old Sharp Carousel that I loved except for the touch pad. This new one is supposedly the same wattage (1200 watts) but the same items take a bit longer to cook. The touch pad is great but the motor is much noisier than my old one. Just hope it lasts as long as the old one!

We debated buying a new microwave when our last one died. We decided on this one because of the large capacity. However, we are very happy with this purchase. The microwave is very quiet while cooking. You only have to press the number of minutes you want something to cook and it automatically starts. For example you press #2, wait a second and the machine starts cooking.

I bought this one to replace the same Sharp carousel microwave that stopped working (There was electricity but the panel display was not working/responding anymore and I didn't think it was worth it bring it to a shop for repair with an $80 fee just to diagnostic the problem). It's the same model than my previous one, just a bit deeper and higher but since it doesn't go in a built in cabinet but on a counter, it's fine

This is our second version of this microwave. It's big enough, and now it's even "smarter" than before. I love the "1" key that provides 1 minute (and so on), simply with that entry alone. The % Power function is still a bit counterintuitive, but we're learning. It really is a great microwave and we hope it will last as long as the previous version that we installed a very long time ago!

Just replaced my 1992 Sharp Carousel Microwave with this model. This model looks better, has similar easy to use controls and pushbutton door opener. Large and powerful, with a rotating glass turntable to quickly and evenly heat/cook food. I don't think this will make it to 2050, but I'm encouraged.

Perfect size, good price and it’s working great, so far.
