The good news is that we like this general type of microwave so much that this is the fourth one we've purchased. (You can get essentially the same microwave from several brands; my assumption is that they all come out of the same factory and then get rebadged.) The bad news is that this is the fourth one we've purchased. The first lasted 10 years, the second 5 years, the third 3 years. They just don't make them like they used to. I don't know if this reduced durability is specific to this model or if it is present across all models.

Greatt product. Great features. And wife likes the color.. Definitely needed a new one and works for all our needs.

Fastest microwave I ever owned plus the biggest one I ever owned. Combined these two features make it easy to warm up entire meals for everybody at the same time.

This Is a good buy ,it’s big enough for a turkey. The sound is very quite and the sensor works very well for heating up left overs . I would recommend this microwave highly

This purchase was a major upgrade from my previous microwave due to its size and quality of the brand. Best Buy getting all my money.

Works well, large cooking space. The time display is bright and stays on 24-7. It is a little louder than the unit it replaced but if it holds up, unlike the other one, I won't be complaining.

Sensor reheat does very well. Very little splattering using this feature and food is evenly heated. Works best with single item. Controls are easy to understand and use.

I had the same model that lasted me over 10 years. So when it went out I just bought the newest version of it! I love it! If it performs like the earlier model I will be thrilled!

I had an older model very similar to this that lasted many years with no problems. This one is slightly larger and runs great. The price was well worth it.

Love it and love the large 2.2 cu. ft. capacity. Less expensive than other 2.2 cu. ft. models. It is large, so make sure you have the counter space for it.

I purchased a new microwave that was the same type as the one I had for more than 18 years that finally died. Love the microwave with the carousel! it is reasonably priced, easy to use.

We have owned 4 Sharp units before and have been happy with all of them. Older ones tended to get droopy doors but still ran for years

This is a great microwave. The only problem I had was getting it the same day I had to drive from Milwaukee to Janesville Wisconsin. But it was a nice day for a drive.

It's a little noisy, but nothing too bad. Otherwise, there is plenty of room inside, and I'm happy with this purchase.

Great! Bigger than I thought, but that's fine. I am happy so far. I had googled and found Panasonic's were not the best.

Pros: The size and the power were great. Large interior capacity. Cons: The door felt and sounded tinny not solid and completely closed. After buying a number of microwaves over the years, I guess that is how companies keep the profits going up instead of the product gettin better. I would hope that a more expensive unit would feel more solid and be of a better quality. You get what you pay for.

Seems to work well but it is quite noisy. It seems like a vibration problem but I have not been able to find out what’s vibrating

We've had this microwave oven for less than 2 months and it has so far performed very well. We used to have a Sharp which lasted ten years, and we are hoping this one will too.

This microwave is compact and works well. I have had it for about 10 months now and I have not had any issues.
