Trying to reheat at 50% not in book had to call.... And one button for sensor reheat for everything. Doesn’t consider what it is and it over heats ugh Regret buying But needed it that day

Posted .We regret to hear that you are disappointed in our product. To heat at 50% please perform the below:
1. Press "TIME COOK' once, the display will show "00:00"
2. Press the appropriate number keys to input the desired cooking time.
3. Press " Power" once , the display will show "PL10". The default power is 100% power. Now you can press number keys to adjust the power level. Press 5 for 50% power for example. "PL5" will show on the display.
4. Press " START/ +30 SEC." to start cooking.

Ft. unit we'd bought, replacing 2.0 units from years past. Despite same output wattage, took 15-20% longer to heat food items. Had far more functions than we ever had use for, beneficial for those that have such needs. Lasted for 19 months when it quit heating food. Light, fan, and carousel all worked, just no heat. Really expected better from Sharp.

It works fine but the clock is a bright royal blue and not very attractive. Also, it defaults to 1,2, etc. minutes and makes it hard to just put seconds on the timer to use it. It is fine but would not buy again

Posted .Hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience. The buttons 1-6 are express cook, this means that once you place the food inside, close the unit and press any button that is 1 through to 6 the unit will begin to cook. If you do not want to use the express cook function, but want to enter the desired time you may press the "Time cook" pad, enter the cooking time, select the desired power level, then press "START/ +30SEC."

Other than the fridge, it was the most frequently used appliance in the house. The transformer went out (didn't have the time to replace it), and I looked for the closest Sharp model to replace it with (white is no longer available, so I got one in stainless steel). So far, like its predecessor, it has been great! Time will tell if the quality has been maintained, but for now I highly recommend it.
