They were offering a free service of "order online with curbside pick-up", which was perfect for us. We arranged our pick up for later that day and had our new microwave in place in about 2 hours after we ordered it online. So very pleased with our purchase from Best Buy!!

Don't like the control panel - not intuitive

Unfortunately I did not like Sharp's control panel from the gitgo - not user friendly or intuitive. Ultimately found a LG unit a few days later and bought it. Happy with my decision. PS: The Sharp unit is now available on craigslist at a discount.
