No issues with the setup and it’s a nice heavy duty microwave. My previous Sharp Carousel microwave lasted for approximately 20 years before it stopped working. Great brand!

Our micro went dead late one afternoon, we needed a new microwave quickly. I went to the Best Buy Brookfield sight to shop and we had a new one within hours. This all happened after a large snow storm with quick curb-side pickup.

It’s big but could heat better

I had a different brand with the same wattage that heated food better and faster. I was looking for microwave with a large inside, big enough to put a 13x9, this is definitely big enough.

I had my previous one since 2001. That’s 20 years! It still worked but had developed rust spots on the inside. Great product! I expect that this one will give me exceptional service as well!

Took it back to best buy and tried a new sharp also worked a great for a few days and looked like it was working until we toke out food still could. Took this one back to best buy also there is a plastic coating that covers most of the main body took a while to remove thought it was protected nice for shipping . But I think sharp has a bad part somewhere for it to die so fast . Save your money get a different company.

Purchased because it was closest to an old LG that we were replacing. Even cooking, large capacity. Nice looking. Only difference in the two is pressing ‘TIME COOK’ is required on this one prior to entering desired seconds, etc. Performing perfectly & we use it many times a day!
