It takes some getting use to the buttons. It is the first microwave I've had that runs a full minute by pushing #1, 2 minutes for #2 ect... I am beginning to like it. The door shutting is kind of loud and clangs loudly. Overall, not bad.

My only real complaints are that there is no way to turn off the sound! So annoying. Also, the feature of pressing 1 and it automatically runs 1 minute is ok, but makes 15 (1,5) seconds more complicated.

Very modern, up to date Microwave with advance cooking techniques for today's cooking recipes. I have only had it for about 2 weeks and I'm still learning how to use it, as it is more advanced than my previous one. Sorry I'm not able to send a picture.

Replaced an ancient microwave also by Sharp hope it lasts like it's predecessor. Seems to run well, heard well. I do find the buttons on the keypad vague and hard to activate correctly the first time Nice display and finish

Knew what I wanted did mt research , located tracked down a person to help , them waited twenty minutes trying checkout. Only one person available . Store was not busy, Finally someone showed . First person ( young was helpful and wanted to help ) keep her .

Buttons are hard to press. Buttons are not grouped logically. Power level goes up automatically but so far no issues. Buy if it comes on sale. Don't spend for it otherwise.

My sharp microwave does everything and has a large enough cooking area most cooks will be happy. Direct input menu is the bomb! Nothing complicated about this microwave.

This is the same brand we had for 10 years so we decided to stick to the same product that finally broke. Since we have had it, it is showing us the same quality that we had and is excellent!!

Great Microwave. The controls are like our previous one but they are located in different locations. Takes a bit of thinking to undo autopilot LOL. Customer service was awesome at our Best Buy.

Since there was not any on display to check out and all that were on display were small, we bought this one. Wish it were smaller but needed one right away.

I bought this as a "open box brand new condition" which saved me a few dollars. But I'm wondering if it works as it should. It seems to take a long time to heat up items. Longer that my old microwave. And it is very noisy. Maybe it is functioning properly, or maybe it isn't. I'm not an expert by any means. Just not satisfied with it. Disappointed and wish I didn't purchase it.

Fits well in my place but slides backward. sensor works ok for popcorn but seems more like a timer than a sensor, Heats pretty much everything in 30-90 seconds.

Did have to return 1st Sharp ordered. Issue with steam between door. Customer Service provided excellent help in getting Microwave exchanged in an expedient manner. Replacement is operating fine.

Easy to use. Price was ok.Price was reduced 21 days later. I tried to get the price match of 20 dollars less but the price match is only good for 15 days. BUMMER!

Controls are better than on my almost 30 year old Sharp Carousel II that finally reached the end of its service life. Setting a cooking time for say 45 seconds might be easier, but very minor issue.

it's a decent microwave. The sensory reheat is a nice feature - reheats food without overheating the plates. The microwave itself is a bit large and I wish we could mount it under a cupboard.

I really don't need a microwave this big. All I do is reheat plates or heat water, melt butter, etc. I have had this less than a month, but so far I like the performance. The sensor cooking option is a little too long. I usually stop it before the time is up.

Love this microwave. Had one just like it and it gave out after 10 years. The only thing about this one it is just a bit larger, so I have no place to sit it except in my dining room
