Love this microwave (had an older version), but I wish they did NOT eliminate the "done" reminder. Some times I would forget that I had heated something but the reminder would let me know. Miss that feature!

This microwave was a replacement for 3 year old microwave it reheats everything good it defrost excellent the only bad thing is it cooks popcorn terribly and of course I love popcorn

Sharp makes great microwave’s! Only reason I purchased this was because I wanted the stainless steel finish. It replaced my old 1997 Sharp carousel that still worked flawlessly.

This purchase replaced our 20 year old Sharp unit that had never given us any problems. Works beautifully and love the pre-programmed functions plus the higher power output.

We have had excellent luck with Sharp microwaves. Our previous Sharp lasted 12 years. We bought a smaller Microwave before Christmas on sale and it puked after about 2 months. Now back to a Family size quality Microwave.

Purchasing our new microwave was a pleasurable experience from the time we walked in the store until we left with our new purchase. The store personnel were cordial and helpful.

We were replacing a Panasonic microwave that we had had for years and loved. Not sure about the Sharp, but the reviews were good, so we gave it a try. Love this microwave and all of its features especially the sensor reheat!

Wasn’t sure what Microwave I wanted, didn’t want a small cheap one. Sales associate was extremely helpful, and I ended up buying the Sharp Carousel ! I am very pleased with it !

I selected this microwave because of all the features. First 1200 watts, 30 second for softening butter and cream cheese plus the other features. I found this model too big and heavy for me to move and returned it for the next size down.

Purchased as a replacement. Very nice with loads of convenient functions. Controls are easy to use and cover all of our needs. This is a very nice microwave and the price is an added benefit.

We have enjoyed using this microwave. It took a little while to get use to the controls as they were different from our old one. They settings were easy to learn and we quickly were using it for all our needs.

I am replacing my 1995 Sharp microwave with this one. Hope it is as good as my old one. I looked and looked until I found a large Sharp due to the quality of my previous microwave!

Returned my 4 month old LG microwave which broke down. Have had Panasonics but most of the microwaves I've had were Sharp. Should have bought that brand to begin with. Thank goodness I purchased the extended warranty on the LG.

Replacement for the Sharp purchased in 2005. Miss the "Breakfast" and "Rice" features that were on my old one. Sharp customer service wasn't much help when I asked about some cooking settings (which were automatic under the Breakfast button on the old one) that weren't in the instructions. It seems to work ok. A little noisier. Not many models in stock when I need a replacement.

Bought the extended warranty with the first one. Got this one as a replacement when the other went bad. Had to relearn the key pad but working great.

The staff educated us on the different models and helped us select the right one for us. It was on sale and we also used our Best Buy Reward Points, so the price we paid was super. We love using this product.

My wife absolutely loves it. Old microwave was not turning properly and did not reheat well. Got the new one and it is smooth sailing

I really like this brand and model. Bought one very similar to this one back in the seventies. The Sharp Microwave back then saved us as we were into watching or coaching a lot of youth sports. That's why I bought this one.

Great quality and stylish look. I would say that this product is the best value for money when compared to other similar configuration.

I’ve only been using it for the past couple of weeks. So far, I am happy with it. I like the fact that it has the express timer, which my last microwave had.
