    We've owned Sharp microwaves before. They have always been great. This latest model seems to be a step down. They've changed the touch buttons around, deleted some automatic features, and made it less user friendly. We used to love the Popcorn feature, which had a button in the corner for easy access. Now, you have to hunt for it in the middle, and it doesn't pop it completely like it our older Sharp (same power). After only 2 months, the Sensor Reheat function on this new model stopped working. It just ran and ran, and would not turn off. My wife burned an item and partially melted the plastic bowl it was in, using the Sensor Reheat. Very dangerous. Sharp is sending us a new, replacement microwave. We hope this one will last longer than a couple of months. Best Buy buying was easy, though.
