We have been very happy with purchase of this microwave. Read a few of the negative reviews and had no idea why they were so negative. I have no complaints about this product and have already recommended it to a friend.

As someone who uses microwaves more often than I should, this remarkable machine takes a lot of the guesswork out in preparing food. Easy to use buttons reduce the need for trying to figure out wattage and minutes. The large frame allows for equally sizable portions.

This is a replacement for a 20 year old Sharp Microwave that was always dependable until the control panel went bad. This new microwave is easy to use and it is very attractive and fits our space well. Purchased on 8/18/2020 and very happy with the service from our local Best Buy.

I have been using this microwave for a couple of months now and am very happy with it so far. It is the siZe that I wanted and cooks things quickly. My only complaint with it is the fact that you have to use the time cook button to not cook in full minutes. It is one extra button to push so no big deal.

This Sharp microwave is about the same size as my old Sharp microwave which lasted for over 30 years. I hope I get a lot of years out of this one , It has a lot more features and seems faster than the old one. It sounds a little louder when running. So far everything is great

I bought this in preparation for moving to a new home. I haven't used it yet, so can't really comment on performance. It looks great, as advertised. Came well packed with no damage. I'll review in a few weeks after I start using it.

I bought this for my daughter because she was having problems with her old one. It needed a new part that I could have ordered, but she needed something NOW. So I tried to find the one she had, but couldn't find it. I found this one at Best Buy and thought I would give it a try. At first, she thought maybe she will wait for a new part to come available for her old one. So I left the box at her house just in case she changed her mind. Well, the next day she called and said she did open it and she loves it. It does everything as well as her last one. Even after a new one was available like her old one and I asked her if she wanted me to take this one back to get the other one, she refused and said she would rather keep this one.

First off let me begin by saying this thing is big, definitely not your average size. As soon as you see the box your mind starts to think, wow. With big size also come big power, this thing really heats up food.

My very first microwave was a Sharp and it lasted me a good 20 years. In between that one and this one, I bought 2 other brands. Needless to say I went back to a Sharp and am happy I did. This particular model has a lot of room, easy to use and clean, and works great!!

We wanted a large microwave with a carousel and love the stainless steel. I've never had sensor cook technology and it's great. I put a lot of frozen food in the microwave and this Sharp microwave does all the work. I definitely recommend it and would buy it again when it's time to get another.

We upgraded from a 0.7 cubic feet microwave to this monstrous 2.2 cubic foot microwave. We chose this microwave because of its size and price point. It was also on sale when we bought it. What we have noticed is size, power, and design, heats things up quickly and evenly.

We are really enjoying the larger carousel that even allows 13 x 9 inch rectangular pyrex dishes. Heats food evenly and quickly using up to 1200 watts of power. This microwave is better than other costing much more.

Looks nice and works very well. Cleaning is easy. And I do recommend buying the service protection plan. I did for my last one, it quit working and Best Buy honored it and replaced it no problem.

This microwave is just what we needed. So much room to defrost a big pack of chicken and doesn't hit the walls . Love how user friendly it is and how easy to clean . Looks awesome in my kitchen just needs a lot of space . Great price Thanks Best Buy !!

LIKE: size/wattage, 1-touch 30sec option DONT LIKE: Clock brightness needs dimmer option, Hard 2 read cooking keys, needs brighter color, backlight or highlight Exhaust @ back lower corner so cannot place near wall/back of counter space (my last m/w had the exhaust on the side) Auto defrost weight limits choice to 2.5# my roasts are usually over 3#, so have to defrost for the 2.5 option then manually add missing weight to get more auto time Overall, I am still learning this appliance and will eventually stop comparing it to what I had before and most likely will find that more LIKE will outweigh the DONT LIKE

Product works great. Very roomy. Had it delivered. When we unboxed it there was a dent on a side. Didn’t affect performance so we kept it, but a little miffed at handling.

Has preset buttons that you just push and it does the cooking. It also has add 30 seconds button if you need more time. Sensor cooking makes microwaving really easy. Can hold large plates and bowls. Takes a lot less time to cook than my old one - love it.

This is a great microwave. Spacious and easy to use. My 1st Sharp microwave lasted over 20 years. The door on this model is much more quieter when you open and close. Its an easy and operator friendly appliance.

The microwave set-up was easy and it has worked perfectly since we hooked it up. The extra large size is perfect for large items and we can cook multiple items at the same time.

So far I'm very happy with this microwave. The controls are very easy to understand and use. The 16 inch turntable is large enough to be very stable and it accommodates larger items with no trouble. With a 1200 watt output it cooks or reheats foods very well. At 2.2 cubic feet, this is a large microwave and it really filled up the space I had allocated for it. It is powered via a heavy duty cord with a straight plug (many other brands use a low profile / right angle plug). My outlet it located directly behind the unit and because of the plug I needed to replace the wall outlet with a recessed receptacle. Without doing so, my space would not have been deep enough for this unit. I'm very comfortable doing this type of electrical work so no big deal but if you're not, keep this in mind when you're measuring.
