It is very weak. I normally microwave my coffee for 1 minute 30 seconds and it's super hot. With this unit I have to go at least 2 minutes and it's not as hot as I would like. Pot pies will not cook properly, it takes forever to reheat leftovers. Baked potatoes take about 12 minutes. Definitely disappointed in this unit.

Sensor cook is useless to much work. But I guess you get what you pay for. Kinda disappointed overall but I’ll keep it.

SHARP MICROWAVE DEFECT - DEALBREAKER

EMT reading was very high within 3 feet of front of microwave. Sharp said that's "their design"! Essentially, "take it or leave it" - sooooo we left it. Best Buy gets a 4 Star rating for resolving the return process and refuding our $$$ in a timely MANNER!!!!
