    First one had a large dent in the front. Returned and had to source it from a different store. Still has a minor dent in the door, but choose to keep it.

    If you do not add a cup of water it will dry your food out. Also on the second time using it the glass turn plate broke in half.

    Arrived damaged but Best Buy was great about allowing return. Also, power cord is traditional (not flat) which makes this already large unit take up more space from the wall.
