I've only used twice so far since getting the mat and pillow, but this has been a nice experience. The mat is a little smaller than I was expecting, but I didn't look closely at the specs so that's my fault. I'm not small and it covered my back shoulder to shoulder laying down, the pillow is a nice addition so you can relax your neck muscles and vertebrae in the proper alignment.

I like it very much, but there's one thing I would like to improve: the size should be a bit longer.

This item definitely feels like tiny needles wherever it touches . Defiantly has a way of releasing stress and tension in the target areas .
