Nice Accupressure Mat and Pillow for First Timers

I've only used twice so far since getting the mat and pillow, but this has been a nice experience. The mat is a little smaller than I was expecting, but I didn't look closely at the specs so that's my fault.
I'm not small and it covered my back shoulder to shoulder laying down, the pillow is a nice addition so you can relax your neck muscles and vertebrae in the proper alignment.
