    Bought this because I was having neck / shoulder pain. Despite following the directions to the letter it never heated up. Had to return it for that reason.

    This item does not stay warm very long and when we tried to tear off one of the tags on it it actually tore the stitching open and the beads fell out. I've never had a product do that before.

    Bought this and had to return it. Weighted yes, fragrance yes although not great, fits on shoulders yes but the most important part does not retain heat for which it is made. Heats up in the microwave quickly and cools down even faster. Will have to heat up every few minutes.

    I love the wrap and use it every night before going to bed. It relaxes me, smells good, and I see the improvement with my shoulder pain. I have not used it cold yet.
