Unexpected problem with the neck warmer.

I wouldn't buy this again

The item is extremely heavy and I do not understand the purpose for such a heavy shoulder heating pad. Why would someone want to be weighted down at the shoulders. I would think it would cause bad things to happen to ones body for using such a heavy weighted thing.

Even when following the directions explicitly. Sorry, I would not recommend.

Burned a hole.

I've had many different wraps and BedBuddies and this has never happened before. Returning.
