Doesn't heat up

Weighted yes, fragrance yes although not great, fits on shoulders yes but the most important part does not retain heat for which it is made. Heats up in the microwave quickly and cools down even faster. Will have to heat up every few minutes.

Unexpected problem with the neck warmer.
