This Sharper Image neck and shoulder wrap is a wonderful way to soothe neck and shoulder pain, and the light lavender fragrance is calming. Great alternative to heating pads, and it’s portable!

I love this heating pad. I wrap it up in a towel and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes take off the towel and its hot for 20 minutes. Its soft heavy and my favorite heating pad in the house.

This product is very soothing to my neck, shoulders and upper back. I leave it in the freezer and at the end of a long, hard work day, I place it on and it helps to relieve the stress. The lavender scent is also subtle - not overbearing. It has a good design and stays well on my neck and shoulders. I definitely would recommend this product.

I got this for myself to relax. The calming lavender scent, the soft feel, and the weighted aspect are lovely! Adds pressure in just the right places in the neck and shoulders. I like that it can be heated or cooled!

I have been looking for something similar to what my dr uses. This is perfect. It’s got a good weight to it. I keep mine in the freezer. I’ll probably grab a second one to be able to have 1 cold and 1 hot for back to back use.

I was not sure how the cold would work. Heating is usually straight forward you microwave and its warm... but when you freeze you dont want it to be a rock... somehow this is the best material ever. I will be buying for my entire family

Its very comfortable and relaxing due to the lavender scent that it has. The fact that it doesnt have to go plugged in to the wall makes it convenient!

I will never choose another brand of neck/ back warmer again this thing had relieved so much pressure and pain in my shoulders alone plus my upper back. I would walk around in pain all the time and it was getting unbearable and now i can walk easier and the pain level has dropped dramatically thank you and keep up the wondeful work oh and the quality i would say is on uobthere with the big boys feels so comfortable

This was a gift for my daughter and I see her using it every day. She has a bad neck and it really does help her because it is weighted I believe.

This product will help with ice and heat in the right spots. It also comes with a great fragrance. Stays in place for maximum comfort.

I needed an ice pack for shoulder and found Sharper Image - Heated Neck and Shoulder Aromatherapy Wrap, It is perfect better than using those ice square pack on the shoulders. It targets the right spot on shoulder.

Nice that it heats up and the weight feels good. Probably best for women not heavy enough for men.

This product is good, if your not used to the smell of filling, or if your allergic to certain smells this product will help with allergies.
