Was hoping it would be something that heats up on it's own and makes me nervous having to heat it up in the microwave.

It is wonderful and I use it both Hot and Cold. The lavender scent is nice and subtle and not overwhelming as I have found some to be. It is also very comfortable and the section that lays on the upper neck is magic.

For far less than the cost of PT or even a chiropractor over time, this warm wrap helps work the kinks and knots out while you simply chill! Spend the money … it’s well worth it!

However, it would be a bit. Enter if it was able to hold the heat longer. I guess it is worth it for the price. I would only recommend it you need temporary relief.
