    This is a really good product. I was pleased with the cost. However, it would be a bit. Enter if it was able to hold the heat longer. I guess it is worth it for the price. I would only recommend it you need temporary relief.

    We already had one and my son liked it so much we sent him one for his birthday. It gets quite hot so be careful! It's great for a stiff neck or shoulders!

    Works good just place the pad in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes. Stat hot for about 5 to 10 minutes. Great to use before neck exercise.
