It’s affordable and it helps relieve all the knots and muscle aches that I’m experiencing from the gym! With just 4 attachments, it’s able to massage all the tight spots. Even though the little booklet specifies certain muscle groups, you can definitely use it on other parts. Wish it came with a traveling case but I assume thats why the packaging is the way it is.

Stopped and got yhis on sale. My wife ran it over my shoulder blade for about 10 mins and got rid of the knot.
