Totally knee replacement in Dec and I needed relief from laying around, going to therapy them using this on me . I wanted to get well as quick as possible I bought what they were using and used it like my PT did. I love the heat adapter. VERY very nice on sore areas! Well worth the money. Husband loves it for muscle relief ! Like a deep tissue massage !

The same button is used to change levels of intensity 1-6. The hot and cold use a dial for controlling the temperature and it really works! My partner loves it and I would definitely recommend
