My wife is into Asian culture and occasionally uses cupping for circulation. She thought the idea of a rechargable device that can be used in the same way as interesting. The vibration is a nice feature that massages the muscle, though the heat isn't really noticeable. It has multiple levels of suction which I see no need to get beyond the first setting, unless there was some way to have multiple suction points. You should take notice not to use the continuous suction setting on start up. You need to push the on button again to switch between pulse programs, otherwise it's impossible to remove without shutting it off completely. Is good to have and minimized the need for pharmaceuticals. If there was a way to add more cups, the higher suction settings would support them.
