I usually turn off the sound as it's not the best. Some better features than the more expensive but no phone connectivity for picking modes or music to play.

I suffer from migraines and this has been a lifesaver. For someone that spends most their days in front of a screen, the heat/cold on the eyes is so relaxing. I will recommend this product to everyone.
