    It was excellent, but it was a gift for my husband so he wanted it to be a little wider for his neck. I returned it as it was a gift for him and he wasn't satisfied with it. The rest of the family tried it out and liked it.

    This was a big hit!! It was a Christmas gift for my hubby. My daughter-in-law loved it and my son will be getting one for her Bday in January. It really hits the spot and the hit, low and heat settings are wonderful!

    I purchased this for a Christmas gift for my mother she suffered of neck pain! The heat and massaging with different settings help her neck. I often find her asleep with it on. Thank you so much for a great item.

    it isn't as strong as I need and it is narrower than my neck. It would probably be good for someone petite.

    It did not work right out of the box! And make sure you try it before the 15 day return date because you will be stuck with a $83 product that serves as a paper weight. My Best Buy days are over.

    1 star only because it wouldnt let me give none Bought as a Christmas gift for a friend and it doesn't work. We've tried different chargers, in case the one it came with was the issue, but none have worked.

    If i could give zero stars i would but this was THE ONE OF 2 GIFTS i actually got for myself it was supposed to arrive on 12/23 but i still haven't received it
