I was previously using a tennis ball to massage my feet and it kept slipping out from underneath me. It was a cheap option, obviously but it got annoying fast. The design is good, and it means you can roll back and forth without it moving on you too much. The swappable center part is a nice feature, as different pains require different pressure pieces. I'm on my feet all day, so this definitely helps.

He is on his feet all day long and it’s the perfect thing for him to come home to and use. It is small and super easy to take on trips.

Hubby is a contractor so he likes the big knobs. Its nice to just have this sitting in front of the couch while we're watching something, so we can idly use it, or if my feet have had a particularly rough day I can use it sitting or standing.
