The extra buttons is to make you think its different. Fast, faster, faster. Short, long, longer timer. HEAT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. Save ur time and extra money and get normal foot massager. Retu rned

Wife loves it!

Best Buy you are awful.

Delayed to 12/19. Picked up at location, packaging is damaged, dented, holes in the box because Best Buy didnt ship the item with any outer packaging. The original packaging is not suitable or sufficient for shipping. Best buy knows this and definitely follows a strict packaging policy. This policy was not followed and the item arrived in a poor condition. The item is no longer available. Not for pickup not for ordering just completely not available. The store is unwilling to assist with a suitable replacement. Corporate customer service will transfer, hang up, do anything they can to pass off the problem. This is unacceptable. Best Buy, tell your legal team to keep an eye on their mailbox.
