It has a compression feature that works well and is probably the best thing about it. I returned it because it didn’t fit my needs but it could be good for someone else.

There is a soothing effect after 30 minutes of continuous use. I tried it myself. There are several settings from slow to fast and love the compression effect. This is like having a body massage but just concentrating on our feet.

I think with using it consistently, it helps the feet and the blood flow as well with the heater inside. It's great that there are different levels and times for the foot massager. Keep in mind, this will NOT cure the plantar fasciitis, but it can help bring some relief!
