Bought It For My Son For Christmas!!! High Expectations, Beautiful Design, Loved How It Looked... 1st Gift He Opened. Let It Charge For 4 Hours, Started Great For The 1st Two Minutes. Then It Started Jerking Back And Forth Slightly Moves (Clicking Sound). Now My Son Is Back On Fortnite, I Was Trying To Build Memories Like My Dad Did With Me With A Remote Control Car. GOD bless

Unless you want a big expensive toy that your kids can only roll around, skip this. It looks cool, but that’s about it. The battery is so cheap and low capacity that after you charge it all night, you barely get 4 minutes of run time. The controller is cheap and barely works, slow to respond to commands, steering is bad, and no matter how much I adjusted the trim it would not drive straight. Having owned and built R/C cars since I was a kid, I considered upgrading the battery to a higher capacity, but everything else is so cheap that i’ts not worth it. A big waste of money & time.

The front wheels link to the car that allows them to turn broke the very first time my son used it. I tried supergluing the pieces and eventually JB weld was able to keep those pieces together. A month later the battery stopped charging correctly and can only move downhill. This review is a year after the purchase and the toy has been gone to the trash over 6 months ago. It was big Christmas present disappointment for my 5 year old son who was able to play with it only a handful of times in the driveway and something broke or didn’t work every time.

Charged it for 4 hours and it ran for 20 minutes. It was a gift. I was told that they charge it over night, but I’m not sure how long that it runs. The kids didn’t want me to return it because they are in love with trucks. Would I have to return it in order to get an operable battery? I would only recommend it if the battery worked better.

I purchased this for my son as a birthday present. I made a mistake and bought it in the store without reading any reviews on it. We got it home, charged the battery, and he eagerly took it outside to the driveway to test it out. I worked just as expected for all of 2 minutes, then started making a clicking sound instead of going. When you lift the back end up, the wheels spin, but when you place it down, it returns to the clicking noise. Turning both the truck and remote off a few times will get the truck back running, but it is now at about 1/2 speed. I emailed the address that was given on the other reviews a week ago but haven't heard back from anybody. Given the reviews on this site and my experience, I would stay clear of this vehicle (or any others made by this company).

The battery dies out too fast and it doesn't really go that fast.

The truck looks cool but poor mechanicals. Full battery charge and was hesitating a lot. Stinks to recharge the battery you have to unscrew the bottom plate each time...easy way to forget charging the battery eventually. I returned it since it didn't really work great. If disappointment with how cool it looked.

Picked it up from the store and let it charge for 6 hours and it only ran for about 2 minutes than a clicking sound would start and would not move at all. Took the battery out let it charge again overnight for the exact same thing to happen the next morning. Will be returning it.

It's not a traxxas, it lasted a week before the drive shaft broke. Got it on sale for $30, I'm not complaining about the price, but you get what you pay for. I replaced the battery with one with more MAH to be able to run it for more time.

This item has been recieving negative views for almost a year and bestbuy is still selling this waste of money. Charged battery for 4 hours, my son took it outside in the driveway for 10 minutes and it started clicking and jerking back and forth when he tried to drive it, the thing doesn't steer very well. I'm not sure what is wrong with this thing but it's obviously flawed. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS! It's not worth $5.

Purchase two of these toys and both have had issues with the battery. After charging over night before initial use the battery lasts less than 2 minutes. The controller is poor quality and accessing the rechargeable battery requires a screwdriver. Not very user friendly for a 9 year old. After the first unit failed I reordered thinking it must be a defect, there won't be 3rd unit.

The battery would only hold a charge for less then an hour and then covid-19 hit so I couldn’t even return it. I now have to find another one cause my son loves it.

I bought this with high hopes of chasing my kids around the yard. Unfortunately, I have found $20 RC trucks that perform better than this garbage. It moved slightly on cement and died the second it hit grass. I did meet the requirement to charge it before use and still it’s just junk. I will be returning. Typically I expected Best Buy to carry a little better quality items.

this was a gift for our son for Christmas we thought he would love it and he did however for the price I get better quality ones at target or Walmart it has a decent speed but that's about it

Comes apart very easy. Kids want to take it out side and drive it through mud and stuff and you can't or even get it wet.

Bought for the grandkids. Right out of the box one wire was pulled out of the battery. Should have taken it back but with the grandkids coming over ran and got a new battery....which cost nearly as much as the car. Once charged and in the car it was disappointingly slow.

Awesome little truck but overly priced. I picked this up on Black Friday and that made it worth it. The battery life seems average but it doesn’t turn very well.

Bought this for our grandsons birthday, boy what a let down that was. He was ecstatic when he saw the truck, sadly the happiness was extremely short lived for as soon as he took it outside and put it in the grass it went a few feet then died. I had expected much better quality of merchandise coming from Best Buy and paying the substantial price for the truck. I paid full price for the worthless toy. My suggestion for anyone who has this seriously check it out before disappointing your child with this piece of crap. I now have a broken hearted little boy with no birthday present! Thanks for ruining his day!!!

R/C vehicle works well, it’s easy to use and for a young kid to handle, good speed but battery runs out fast

You operates great but battery life is limited, hope they can improve battery life
