    The top of the car is just plastic so u can bend it but it won’t break overall it’s still working and in good use but if you’re expecting a different top it’s not like other cars

    Bad design and battery was not good, so I returned. The battery is not staying enough for 1 min after charging it for 8 hours, so I returned this immediately to the store. Also the design is not good, every time we need to open the battery case and charge the battery and then put back the battery in place again.

    Unfortunately this RC toy only worked for about 30 minutes then it wouldn’t turn anymore. We returned it, then it was returned back to us with a letter saying it was a non-refundable item. Nowhere did it say that when we ordered it. Not sure what to do now.

    battery dies too quickly. Plastic quality seems very cheap. When using it, if you hit anything at all, it'll stop working and you'll have to turn on and off a couple times to get it to start working again. I got it at a discount, so I didn't expect much to begin with.

    Not worth the expense - I have twin grandsons and these cars did not work properly after charging the batteries. I truly believe it is the poor batteries included with the purchase that may be the problem. Very disappointed in something that Best Buy would sell.

    This is the 3rd one I've had swapped out for being defective. The car will only drive forward and backwards, it will not turn while driving. You can turn the wheels when it is stationary, but as soon as you start to drive, the wheels will not allow you to turn the car.

    Very poor I had to fix the battery out of the box the wire where unplug and the battery dont go for more then 10 min it not a great deal not happy at all and yes I did charge the battery for 4 hours the first time still dont go long at all

    This item says to charge it for four hours before use. My son charged it overnight and it lasted all of 5 minutes the next morning. Charged it again for the allotted time, lasted 5 minutes. I am returning it and buying something else. What a birthday disappointment.

    We charged it a full 24hrs and it only runs for maybe 5min. My son was super stoked to get this but so disappointed. He played with it the first few days and doesn't touch it now because it's more work to constantly be charging it!

    You sent an RC truck with no remote or battery pack. As I wrapped it I was suspicious about controller but thought maybe packaged below. But u actually took time to unscrew battery pack. Rot in hell scrooge mc duck
