    I was cheated by Bestbuy. I bought an apple gift card from bestbuy, but they gave me a different gift card (not the one I bought). as the serial numbers does not match, i cannot redeem, and it cannot be solved by Bestbuy or Apple (I tried many times). and Bestbuy even did not this is a mistake. And with these serial number not matching, i cannot return the gift card. Is Bestbuy's new business model? make profits by cheating customers? I promise not to buy anything from bestbuy.

    I have purchased Gift Card online best buy and they came with out activation I tried to contact the number mentioned on the gift card Shell gift card customer care and after holding the phone for 30 minutes they said you need to contact Best buy and when I called best buy I had to wait for another 45 minutes to talk some one and got answer I need to call back Shell gift card no resolution looks like big loop suggest to all do not buy online gift card
