Cannot redeem for rewards anymore

Product good but Best Buy System failed

I love being able to purchase a gas card to send to my son that's in college while I am looking to purchase electronics at Best Buy. One stop shop.

What else would delight me but to have this card and spend it on gas just like the ordinary card, except for the fact you have to google the shell gas station near you to spend it.
