This was my first time using Shelly and once I got over my confusion I was honestly impressed. I used all of my Shelly 1’s for lamp control moving away from smart plugs to better suit our use case. The Shelly 1 wired inside of the lamp base provides us voice control, app control (both Shelly app and 3rd party) and local control and all 3 methods stay in sync. Don’t know of another way of achieving that. Did have to replace the lamp socket because the wiring method required 3 screw connections on the socket and I had 2. Small price to pay and sorry I waited so long to attempt. I get it now, Shelly’s awesome!
