Finally get to play the shenmue series. I have alot of fun playing the game, the game might not be for everyone but if you give it time there are many details to be appreciated.

Despite this game being over a decade old, I would say it's aged well. This game isn't a remake, but rather a port with some improved visuals and QOL additions.

With Shenmue 3 coming soon, Shenmue 1 & 2 is an awesome way to prepare. Both games come in one package so you get 2 great games and it's not expensive.

I initially bought Shenmue III .. I played the old on Dreamcast. I decided they're are remastered and wasn't disappointed.. Worth the purchase

This is a port of the Dreamcast and Xbox games that were out 15+ years ago. There are minor areas that need polish like the controls could have been updated for the modern day controllers on PS4.

Relived so many childhood memories thanks to this remaster. A must have for anyone that played them when they first came out on the Dreamcast.

This game is great for both gamers new to the series and those of us walking down memory lane. Felt so great revisiting the world of Shenmue again.

It’s been forever since these games came out and made people throw their controllers! Now it’s time To see if we’re any better now with more expensive controllers and better graphics!

If you are too young to remember the Dreamcast or if you want to experience these games on a modern system then these games are for you. They are true to the originals but add improvements. You can fast travel to other locations which speeds up the game and you can control the camera with a second thumb stick. The Dreamcast's biggest weakness is its lack of a second thumb stick. Load times are also reduced to a momentary pause. No more hearing the Dreamcast laser grinding its way to the next area. If you found the old games boring, these won't change that.

17 years after originally playing this, and the game is as exciting and fresh as the first time. Some bugs, but almost near perfect HD upscale port.

I wasn't a big Sega fan in the late 90's and early 2000's, and I missed out on the whole Dreamcast era of console gaming. Thankfully, Sega decided to produce a re-release of parts 1 and 2 for current-gen systems so today's gamers and experience the sprawling world introduced here. Play gatcha-pon machines, drive forklifts, fight bad guys, watch the clock, and run back and forth a lot. ;-) Although the Yakuza series might do many of these things better nowadays, Shenmue was quite ahead of its time and well worth a play.

The game is exactly what yous expect if you played it the first time, but there are some technical errors. Also, the controls are sort of clunky and have not aged very well.

These games were groundbreaking at their initial release many years ago and now they can be experienced again with graphical improvements.

A good remaster of the shenmue games from years ago. Asking as you know that these games are old, it is really enjoyable to play

you get 2 classic games from the series that started open world games you will spend hours exploreing the worlds and doing minigames

It's faithful to the originals and nostalgic to play. Controls need some getting used to, but still fun!

What can I say but I loved this game on the Dreamcast system and now I can play it all over again, along with sequel now all in HD.

This game has stood the test of time and is even better than I remember when it was first released! One of the best games ever made!

I loved these games back when they came out on Dreamcast and now I can relive the greatness on my ps4. Amazing. Must Have.

At almost two decades old these games are finally able to be played by a majority of gamers out there. You won't be disappointed.
