I have nothing bad to say about this game. I got it at a busy time of the year for myself and didn't ever end up finishing it. I enjoyed what I did get to play though and ahve only heard good things about the later parts of the game.

I wish it came with standard game case but you only get a steel book. It's actually pretty cool to own a steelbook but like i said it would of been neat if it came with standard case.

Great game tons of demons to fuse. Combat is good great music.

Amazing game that evolves the formula of a great series with a smoother flow to the gameplay and new exploration to areas. A tough but fair game that is very focused on the core mechanics to the series of combat, recruiting or fusing demons for you team to overcome difficult battles, and battles between the forces of Chaos and Order.

Great game with phenomenal music, story, and gameplay!

I love the Shin Megami Tensei games and this one was amazing. I love the cool post-apocalyptic work and it has a great combat system that never gets old. I put in a little over 80 hours on this game and loved ever minute of it.

I'm a huge fan of JRPG style games, and I really love the quality, gameplay and mechanics. Returning players: SMT5 is much easier than 3 and 4, even on normal difficulty. Be prepared to crank the difficulty up if you want the challenge you've come to associate with the franchise.

This game came within the stated delivery time and was played soon after it arrived. The gameplay can be tiring but the graphics and storyline is enough to keep you hooked for hours or even days on end.

A fantastic game and looks absolutely stunning on the switch. Easy purchase decision for anyone that's a fan of either JRPGs or the SMT/Persona series (though it's definitely very different thematically from the Persona series)

I would give this 4.5 stars overall. Game plays well, feels rewarding and challenging and is well polished gameplay wise. I cannot give it 5 stars because this games story and characters are underwhelming in that they are not given much time or development at all and this appears to be by choice since other Atlus games do very well in this area.

Best Smt yet imo as far as combat goes. All of the mechanics are much smoother than previous titles. Also a pretty long game, but fun the whole time.

Wow. This is the best Shin Megami Tensei game I have played thus far. I have played the 3rd one on the PS2 back in the day and loved it. This one is just incredible. I feel that this is one of those underrated JRPG’s that will later become a classic and a must have for Switch owners especially since it is exclusive to the Switch. If you got the Steelbook then you know how cool it is but if you didn’t then just get the regular copy because it is so worth it especially if you love any of the Shin Megami Tensei games or the Persona games. Unpopular opinion but I always found the Shin Megami Tensei games to be far better than the Persona games.

I'm new to the MegaTen series but this was a great starting point. Between Nocturne and this, I would start with this first. I love the steelbook edition and it looks awesome.

Atlus knocks it out of the park again in atmosphere and gameplay. A must play for any rpg fan. The steelbook launch edition is a fantastic collector's deal too.

Great addition to the SMT franchise. The story shouldve been better but the awesome gameplay makes up for it.

Great RPG for fans of more classic, tougher RPGs. Has enough options to make it okay for newcomers and challenge for experienced players!
