I work from home for a call center and had repeated issues of customers not being able to hear me or it would cut in and out as they spoke and I was having to repeatedly ask them to repeat themselves. Returned.

The status stays green regardless of connection status. Have to unplug and plug back in to resume audio. Many missed calls.

-Plug the USB Adapter into your computer.
Enter pairing mode by pressing and holding USB Adapter Multi-function Button for 2 seconds.
-The USB Adapter LED Indicator will flash red and blue.
-Double-click the USB Adapter Multi-function Button while it is in pairing mode.
-The USB Adapter LED Indicator will go off for 3 seconds and then will recover flash red and blue.

Best microphone for loud environments
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a truck driver and have used lots of headsets, the opencomm has the best microphone for use in loud environments i have ever used. The person on the other end of the call often cant even tell when there is noise around me. Battery life is great, and they are comfortable to wear all day.
