The microphone is great at isolating voices and ignoring background noise. I can use them all day at work without any battery issues. They’re great!

Overall far good from any headphone with a microphone. Two drawbacks. 1) In a loud environment as your ears are open if your client’s voice is low you can’t hear without closing your ear with your finger. 2) Music quality is not like airpods.
