Purchased the Shokz OpenComm2 2025 Upgrade for work. Based on my use of numerous headsets, it is one of the top bone conduction headsets designed for anyone who prioritizes clear communication and all-day comfort. Changes from the previous model includes USB-C charging, dedicated mute button, and enhanced microphone noise cancellation. The open-ear design is ideal for situational awareness, making it great for office or on-the-go use. While music quality is average and ambient noise can be heard, the headset excels in voice clarity and convenience. Overall, it works great for calls and meetings and made for users who value comfort and multitasking.

These are the best headphones you’ll ever buy! I can not do the in ear headphones pods, whatever brand they make! BUT THESES!!!!! These are amazing! The sound, the battery life, the comfort, the quality is better than air pods, Beats, Bose, Shure, anything on the market! Try it once and you will see what I am talking about!

Working in both a hybrid and open office environment, I really needed a solution that could handle both environments. No matter where I am these days, Teams or Zoom meetings are a reality. While working from home, I needed something reliable that allowed some privacy on my calls so I didn't wake a sleeping toddler at nap time. For in the office I needed that same level of privacy on calls, but also needed to be able to hear what was going on around me and to monitor my own tone while on a call. With the big "cans" tyoe headphones on, it made that hard but it also doesn't look very professional. Pros: Multiple devices can be connected to these, so you can connect both your phone and your computer. You can also answer calls from both using the multifunction button. Battery life on this is good too. I also like that it recharges using a standard USB-C instead of a custom charging cable like some other of their products. This also comes with a nice and protective carrying case. Cons: The only real con side I have to this, is the price. There are other options out there that are much cheaper, but I can say after trying a few that they don't work nearly as good. The cheaper options I tried before either had horrible connectivity or were not bone conducting. Summary - While the price may be a bit steep, this is a worthwhile investment for your in-office or WFH environment. The sound quality is great as is the connectivity. If you need a multi-device solution, this is it.

I am on a quest for the unicorn of headsets. For work and gaming. After using the Shokz OpenFit2 (Amazing sound) I thought erroneously these would have the same sound or at least comparable. Dont get me wrong the sound and call quality is phenomenal. I just didnt realize bone conduction made the BASS DISAPPEAR. Also when I leaned my head back, the rear of the headband does hug my head and kind of felt weird. All in all these are a great option for calls and call quality. Not so hot if you want your music to still have some decent bass, or even perceptible bass. Returned and on to the next set.

Im a truck driver & I was looking for something comfortable & durable on battery. I found these headphones which I loved them!! The audio quality is great & the noise cancellation great too !!

I have not found any other blutooth headset that can compete with this one. Every work and personal call is crystal clear. I love the independent mute button on the mic

I’ve been using these headsets for over one month. I have to say they are everything I expected. As a truck driver I find them to be comfortable to wear for long periods of time and the sound quality is great especially for the person on the other end. It makes the call clear as it reduces the noise around you. The open concept is great since you can still hear traffic around you. Also find them great for walks as they are comfortable to wear.

I bought these for my husband to use while running equipment. This is his second pair and he loves them. Comfortable even when wearing sun glasses. Highly recommend.

This has been an excellent buy for use in office meetings. I have used 'Shokz' before but the microphone was not good enough to be used for handling meetings or calls. Also the 'Multi-Pairing' functionality comes handy. I can stay connected to two devices e.g. personal mobile and work PC at the same time.

I use this primarily for calls related to work, which if I could rate it just for that it would be a 5 star rating. That said, as a headphone, I would say that the sound quality is mid. If you put it too loud (maybe a 7/10) then there is a vibration that is very annoying. This applies almost everytime I use the headset in the car or in any noisy environment--when I use it in the office, it works perfectly (for what I need it). Music? Go with the Sony headset MX5.

Clear communications without loosing surrounding sounds

This this Bluetooth headset works very well was very happy when I tried them on being a truck driver. It really comes in much help no problems easy to wear and it’s very comfortable. Thank you Best Buy.

I gave this product 3 stars because i like how comfortable it, basically like wearing nothing. I dont like battery life, mic catches too much background noise and bone conduction can give you a headache if you listen too long. But it is so comfortable some people may look over everything else. Especially if you want it for working out and running only.

Bought them as a gift for Wife. she loves them as she works from home at a call center. Says that the mic and speakers in the headset both are crystal clear, and comfortable for her 10 hour shifts!

These headphones provide all day comfort doesn't hurt your ears!

Its probably an adaquate headset for people that are just listening to music OR taking phone calls. As a PC gamer, audio sound quality is reduced drastically when in a call. For example, in a discord call or teams call, cant listen to music at the same time. Its actually worse with the USB than on bluetooth. I also cant wear them long because it hurts my ear where the piece sits on the front. People said the mic quality was fine though on calls.

Works as described. Good audio for calls. Easy to connect and disconnect.
