These are so comfortable and easy to use, altho they some times echo that is the only down fall. And the serrial number location is hard to see you need a camera to blow it up. That could be located in a different place easier to find.

A great pair of headphones for active use outside. Whether it is walking or biking to work, they stay in place and deliver incredible sound for not being jammed in your ear. I do not think I will be purchasing in-ear headphones again.

After researching the SHOKZ brand, I decided to purchase this model, and I am not disappointed. I cannot comfortably use traditional earbuds, and bone‑conduction options are not quite loud enough for me, so this product offers an ideal middle ground. The sound quality is excellent, and since I work from home and spend much of my day on the phone, it’s important that callers can hear me clearly—my customers cannot tell the difference when I use this device. Overall, it’s a great product, and I’m very glad I bought it.

The quality of the materials not only looks good but genuinely feels premium. ​The Open-Ear Experience & Personal Caveats ​While the sound is top-tier, the unique open-ear design with hooks that sit around your ear is a major factor to consider. If you've never used this style before, it may take some time to adjust to how they feel. ​In my personal experience, however, I ultimately had to return them. This was due to two highly individual reasons: I developed an allergy reaction to the silicone material, and I simply couldn't get used to the feel of the ear hook. ​The Verdict: If you are comfortable with or seeking an open-ear design, the Openfit 2 Plus offers a phenomenal, high-quality audio experience. Just be mindful of the hook design and material if you have known sensitivities.

Easy to wear. Sound is great and it keeps me in the present by not isolating from the surroundings.

I love these, very little if any ear fatigue. I am afraid they will fall off and they fit a little different with glasses on... despite that they are amazing, great sound, fit and comfort.

I love these earbuds. I have small ear canals so these are the first that I have had that are on the outside of my ear and are comfortable for all day wear. I only wear one earbud most of the time while listening to audio books, so I have situational awareness. There is enough volume and clarity so I don't have trouble understanding the book. Also, it is easy to turn them off when I need to stop to talk to someone. You also have complete freedom to answer all calls even if you are away from your phone. I have asked callers if they have difficulty understanding me and they say there is no difference between the earbuds or if I'm talking into my phone speaker directly. When the call is complete my book restarts automatically. I chose the black because I wanted them to be inconspicuous as they hide behind my hair. They are light, and they have never fallen out if I bend my head while gardening or doing housework. I repeat again, I love these and would buy them again.

Sound incredible and fit great. I had the original OpenFit and the sound difference between these and the original are night and day.

Love these headphones. Easy to wear and the sound is amazing. It is noticeably better with the upgrade for sure.
