Not for people with small ears.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really interested in these headphones, as I medically cannot use in ears, but I found that with smaller ears these don’t sit very well within my ears. I tried following the instructions that said to rotate them, but they either sat in a position that put pressure and hurt my outer ear, or they started entering my ear canal. Good and cool product, especially for an open ear with great treble and bass, but not great if you have smaller ears.

Lost earbud renders whole set useless! Cant replac

Plus, IF YOU LOSE ONE YOU CAN'T REPLACE IT OR MANAGE YOUR REMAINING EARBUD. YOU HAVE TO RE-BUY EVERYTHING AGAIN. I WON'T. They are easy to lose because they are comfortable.

We highly recommend ensuring that the most recent firmware version has been updated via the Shokz app for the best experience with your OpenFit 2. There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it. If you decide these are not a good fit for you, we kindly ask that you reach out to BestBuy's Customer Service directly to learn of their return policy. Thank you!
Low quality

I thought it was just bad luck and replaced with a brand new one, which died now - less than 1y this time. I loved the product but the low quality is really frustrating, will not buy this again. Luckily I have the membership so i can still return it for full refund
