They do not hurt my ears and there is nothing in my ear canal, and I can still here whats going on around me when I use them. I will not buy any other kind of earbud again.

They are light but hurt the tops of my ears. I've tried rotating them in different positions but still have pain. I wear glasses so this might add the comfort. I traded them for another style of shokz.

Comfort-wise, these are great—I could wear them all day without any pain, and the open-ear design is ergonomic. The downsides: Bluetooth pairing is finicky and unreliable, and after only six months the case and earbuds stopped charging altogether. Not sure if it’s the case or the headphones themselves, but either way they’re unusable now. For the price, I expected better durability.

Posted .Hi Brock - Shokz here! We're sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your OpenFit Air. In this case, we'd suggest a manual reset of the headphones. If the reset doesn't resolve the issues, all Shokz come with a 2-year warranty.
We also recommend ensuring that the latest firmware version has been updated via the Shokz app for the best experience with your Shokz.
There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it.

Great Headphones for running and working out.

The open ear design works great for ensuring that I hear when cars are coming and it helps me stay safe on the road. Due to the nature of these, they are not the most loud headphones for jamming and feeling every bass drop, but these in my opinion were not made for that, great workout headphone.

They are comfortable. At low speed they work great. They have a loud krisp clear sound and good bass. At higher speeds they dont work so well. So if im just going to around town ill put these on and wear them.

I prefer open-ear wireless ear buds, but it is hard to find ones that only the user hears. My last pair of open-ear design earbuds allowed for no privacy, and it was very distracting for my coworkers. These work great for me while listening to music and taking calls at work because my coworkers close by cannot hear what I am listening to! Also, they are so comfortable that I often forget I am wearing them. I have very sensitive ears, but I have had zero issues with these earbuds. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
