To achieve a better fit with Shokz OpenFit Air, ensure the flexible, silicon ear hooks curl snugly behind your ear, with the speaker resting directly over your ear canal. Position the hook at the top of your ear, then rotate it backward (clockwise) until the core sits securely against the inside of your ear. We highly recommend ensuring that the latest firmware version has been updated via the Shokz app for the best experience with your OpenFit Air. After that it wouldn't connect or charge without a reset. Then it would do the same thing again. 3rd time the left side stop charging all together.

Not sure if it's cuz I have small ears but they don't stay on. Two, it's very hard to adjust the volume.. it doesn't respond and it will beep seconds after I press. It's very hard to pair. And the battery barely lasts and barely use it. These are not worth it. Unless I got a defective one, but I wouldn't waste money on these
