He loves them but they don’t do well when he sweats. When they get wet he has to let them dry out before using them again. Other than that he loves them.

The right earphone still works perfectly, so I reached out to customer service simply to buy a replacement for the one I lost. Instead of helping me purchase a single earbud, they started talking about the warranty, even though I never asked for anything free. I was more than willing to pay for the missing piece, but they told me the only option was to buy a whole new set, which is both frustrating and unreasonable. It’s disappointing that a company offering premium products has no solution for customers who lose just one side. The lack of flexibility and support really made this a negative experience. I expected better.

When I asked people on Zoom and phone calls, some said quality was poor on their end. Battery life isn't great, even after just 1 month of use. drops out of Zoom calls when not fully charged.
