I like that it wraps around my neck so, if it falls off I am able to notice as opposed to the earpiece. It has never fallen off though. You have to keep your phone close ( if I leave my phone indoors to do yard work outside the reception is poor. I need to research recommended distance/range from phone.

Great, but buttons can fail

Overall, performance is great and they are wonderful. I reached out to Shokz about the button failure, and they will be replacing them under warranty. If not for the button issue, would for sure be 5*

I also found it to be a great alternative while running. The combination of bone-conduction and traditional speaker makes them great for all environments
