    The product itself its great but I was very disappointed when I used it for my Gasparilla 8k I couldn'thear anything at all. For solo runs are great but not for group runs as you can't hear anything. I would recommend for solo runs but they are not great for races.

    Work made in ear headphones a fireable offense so these were the next best thing and they work pretty well. In a loud environment you just need earplugs and they still work fine
