Shokz made vast improvements from previous models. This headset is the most refined and sounds alot better than the open run pros.

Has really nice sound but they don't stay in place very well. After wearing them for an extended time the pinching on your ear gets uncomfortable

my third pair of shokz, going back to the "aftershokz" branding - my openrun pro (1) gave me exactly what i wanted, exactly what they should be. but i bought best buy exclusive steel blue... one side failed within the two year warranty but guess what? i couldnt get the best buy exclusive steel blue; so i got brighter blue ones....
anyway fast-forward to the release of the openrun pro 2... i make the mistake of buying the best buy exclusive steel blue again... they made it two weeks. connection and charging issues a plenty.
warranty my TWO WEEK OLD headset out and CANT GET STEEL BLUE -
ive been waiting longer for the warranty exchange than they were in my posession...

Seems to be very susceptible to water drops getting into the speaker grills. The sound will distort horribly as if a wire was loose. It also seems to be lacking bass as I was looking to get one of these for working the weights. I have an Openswim and while this Openrun Pro 2 seems to have better highs and meds, it's not as practical. I would probably only use this at a coffee shop or library.

This company is absolutely awful with customer service. I'm trying to find a word worse than awful without swearing, but can't. My headset broke and I called for a warranty replacement. They won't send the replacement until I send the old one back and they receive it. Wait...Your product broke and I'm punished for your mistake by having to wait weeks to get the new one. Oh, and turns out the one they sent me was the wrong model. Again, I have to wait, and they will ship (presumably) the correct one to me, but only after they receive the wrong one back. Further, they can’t send me the headset in the color I previously had. So I have to wait weeks for a headset that isn’t the one I bought.
