Work Great!
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased these to replace an older model that broke after constant use. I pair these to my office phone, and it provides hands free operation allowing me to talk on the phone and have both my hands available to type. I also work outside with these, and they work well..and even sleep in these as I listen to podcasts at night. Sound quality is not at a level that an “audiophile” would gush over, but that is not the purpose of these. These are meant to keep users ears open to be aware of their surroundings. For podcasts and spoken word, they do very well. They aren’t bad for music, but better sound quality can be had from in-ear headphones. Ultimately, these are great headphones - so good that I have purchased them twice. Hope this helps those considering purchasing more comfortable with the decision.

2 weeks in, yes would buy again.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great for keeping your ears free and clear. Better sound than I expected. Great fit with thick and thin frame glasses. Comfortable. Dual pairing works fine, but it’s not seamless switching like I expect from apple devices paired with AirPods. Audiobooks, calls, Microsoft Teams, computer notifications, all of it is great. Can’t manage to connect to the iPhone app though. Tried many times and doesn’t work. Don’t see why I would need it though. Only thing that could make them better is if they were part of Apple’s ecosystem. At full price the case should charge the headset.

Everything I was looking for
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are a life saver not only for my active gym life of weightlifting and the occasional CrossFit workouts, but also for my everyday use of listening in on meetings while still keeping an ear out for my kids that are still to young for school and are not in daycare. It’s easy for me to listen for when I am needed and still hear the content I am listening too clear as day. Would highly recommend and buy agin if needed.

Surprisingly Great
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm hard on tech, I seem to always find issue with some design decision or another, quality problem, or software nonsense. So far I can't find anything of consequence to gripe about. The sound is surprisingly great and on par or even slightly better than my Galaxy Buds Live, I can hear whats going on in my environment while still hearing my music well, the microphone is surprisingly good for calls, I dont have to remove or adjust them to talk to people face to face, and I dont get the stuffy feeling that I get from ANC buds. Battery life is incredible and they dont look bad. But the really nice cherry on top is that they are ALL DAY COMFORTABLE. Ive never been able to say that about headphones before, even with the super comfortable Galaxy Buds Live. I do wish they had the same funtions as my Buds Live like the ability to read aloud my notifications, but aside from that my only other complaint is that I didnt find these years ago.

Skeptical.. pleasantly surprised!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So when I purchased these I was a little unsure if they’d work as advertised… but they really do! Now, if I want the best or better audiophile listening experience, it’s back to my Bose or my in ear AirPods, but for working around the house, riding bike, jogging, etc, these headphones are the cat’s meow!! You’re not going to worry about knocking them off and you can still hear what’s going on around you…. 5 stars Shokz!! Note: they have two “sizes”. The regular and the mini.. I figured the mini was more for kid sized heads.. not so, I swappped out the regular size for the minis as the wire around the back of my head landed snugger than the regular sized ones! They them both on if you have the chance!!

Love Them
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Never used bone conduction before these. Coming from Sony Bluetooth Over Ear XM3 and XM4s which have really good audio, so switching over to the shokz I was initially unimpressed with the audio quality. But you quickly get used to it and it sounds just fine, or even good. I've been using them daily and they're great for work listening to music without coming off as "rude" or in your own zone wearing "can" style headphones. many people approach me without realizing I have headphones on. I wanted to try some for swimming so I got an off brand pair. WOW you can really hear how much better these sound when you compare them to the off brand ones. The step down is about as big as going from my Sony's to these. These are built way better and feel way more premium than the off brands as well. I'd buy these again without hesitation, and will probably return the cheap ones and buy the shokz swim headphones as well.. These also charge really fast. The proprietary charger cable is a negative, but I'd rather have a small headset unit than trying to force a usb c port onto the headset. The custom cable is magnetic and very small, plus a place for it in the nice carrying case these come with. Sound quality can always improve on any headphones, but overall these are excellent and I think worth the price

Excellent for athletes, otherwise not as much
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For athletes these are one of the best options available. There is a lot to like here. There is literally no risk of losing your buds. They're comfortable and fit well. You can hear and enjoy the music. Battery life is good. When they're connected they're connected. And it does allow you to hear oncoming traffic and your surroundings. If you work out, this is for you. I knock them down a star because they're not loud enough (although that may be by design) even in relatively quiet environs. The sound quality also is not the best, it could be better. They use a proprietary charger which, while not hard to find online, is proprietary nonetheless. Also I had problems with the microphone in calls more than a few times. And mowing the lawn they couldn't out power the mower. Even if you're an athlete, these are factors to consider. If you're an athlete or work out a lot this is one of the very best options out there. If not, look elsewhere.

Most comfortable headphones I've ever worn
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's not fair to judge bone conduction headphones on audio quality so I'm not even going to bother. To do so would be missing the point entirely. These headphones are amazing for anyone who does anything outdoors. I use these while cycling and just taking walks around the neighborhood. Being able to listen to workout jams on my bike while still being aware of everything happening on the road around me is a game changer. These also just happened to be the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn. Better than the light and plush Sony wh-1000xm4s because of one important thing: I constantly forget I'm wearing the shokz. I can put them on in the morning and not realize I'm still wearing them until I lie down at night and the neck band will adjust against my pillow. No discomfort whatsoever. Even my Sonys I can only wear for 5-6 hours most. These are all day headphones and have 10 hour battery life to back it up. I thought that would be an exaggeration when I read it on the spec sheet but no, he's got at least 8 hours of playback time for me but most of that's at max volume. At 50% volume I could easily see this going for 12 hours.

I can hear in stereo again!
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm deaf in my left ear and my wife bought these for me for my birthday after trying them in the store and realizing I could actually hear with the bone conduction in my left ear again, and it doesn't impede my natural hearing in my right ear so I'm still able to hear my environment around me when I listen to music or take calls. I got the pros and my wife got the minis for her birthday and we both use them every day. The battery lasts forever and the sound quality is actually great. Will buy the future models as well, we love our SHOKZ!

Excellent Product
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent product. I love this bone induction headset. I use it in the office at work to bluetooth to my personal and work phones. Wear it while driving to take calls. Wear it at home for calls and music. I even bluetooth to my firestick when I want to watch tv without disturbing others at night. Allows me to hear tv and my surroundings at same time. It has become an accessory I wear all the time, like a watch. I put it on at 5am and take it off at 8pm and it still has medium charge. I hate talking on the phone with earbuds in, wearing the shokz is more natural. I don't wear it where there is a lot of background noise, even though u can put in earplugs, I prefer noise isolating ear buds in those invironments. Some folks complain about the vibrating on cheekbone but thats only happens if you turn the volumn to max, for normal listening it doesn't do that. If you like to block outside noise while listening to music then you won't like these. If u like being aware of your surroundings then you will love them...

Absolutely my favorite headphones to date.
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nothing like being able to hear your surroundings but also be able to be fully immersed in when you are listening to. Also very comfortable I did try the ones that run about $40 and HATED them. Decided to give these a try and i often forget i am wearing them.

My go to all day headphone
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are everything. I was searching for something that has good noise cancelling but really was looking for something that had a good transparency mode because I use these headsets for work. I've tried air pods pro, Samsung Galaxy buds pro, Sony xm4's, and the Boseqiuet comfort buds 2. The Shokz are my most used. I only use the Bose when I cut the grass. I wear the Shokz everyday all day at work and I love them. It's great to be able to leave them on while talking with coworkers but also be able to answer a phone call. You can watch videos or listen to music and still be aware of your surroundings. My wife is a runner and loves them because she can hear traffic and ambient noise while still listening to music. The sound quality is not as good as the other buds mentioned above but it is good enough for what I use them for. They are comfortable and last all day. Definitely recommend.

Shokz open run headphone review
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome tech for headphones. Doesn’t hurt my ears when wearing them like other headphones do and the sound is amazing and clear. I love the fact that you can put them around your head and they won’t fall. Definitely gonna buy another pair for the wife.

Great product for sports.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are a good fit for anyone in construction, sports and activities in which you need to be alert. Battery will last the full 10 hours as advertised. That being said, the sound quality is 7/10 at the most. Connectivity was choppy at times. And they become bothersome after 6 hours of wear or so. You also can not use them while laying down as they push forward.
