It works well, but the audio quality doesn't come close to decent regular earbuds. It was slightly muffled and if you have the volume cranked up, there's a tolerable tickle sensation where it makes contact. If you absolutely need unobstructed ears to hear surroundings then this is probably the best product for that job.

Pro: - Very comfortable, can wear those for long time. - Stay very secure around your hear. No risk to fall when exercising. - Sound is pretty good considering they are not in hear or over the heart. - Can hear what's happen around you. I feel a lot more secure when exercising outdoor compare to standard headphones. Cons: - Proprietary cable to power. - Battery life is average, the advertising 10 hours is a bit optimistic. In conclusion: That type of headphones is a very welcome addition to standard headphones. They are not good for every situation (on a plane for example) but for exercise or long meeting, they are awesome.

I am amazed by the quality of the sound while having the ability to hear the surroundings.

Love using these headsets at the gym running on the treadmill. These are not as loud as my AirPod pros but i love being able to hear whats going on around me as well. I feel safer especially when i jog outdoors.

very gud, had them for more than a year by now and have been using them daily for work. its nice having good music quality and being able to hear your surrounding without taking them off.

I was tired of ear buds, and the fact certain types would fall out my ears. It had me ready to give up and resign myself to not being able to use ear buds while being active. These however changed everything. The sound quality isn’t as sharp as some of them out there. What it lacks in sound it makes up for in functionality. If you haven’t tried these sorts of headphones, you should give them a try. Just don’t expect top sound quality out of these you won’t get iy

Love aftershocks products. Everybody in my family has a pair. Very convenient to use, light in weight And they stay on your ears without having to reposition them over and over again. And Best Buy always have the best prices!

I have been a bose fanatic for years and had other brands. Earbuds fall out of ears so the my only choice is these Shokz. Today i wore them on bart and the quality is garbage. Once i walked in regular environment it was fine. I dont know if its me, but sometimes i get my side burn hair pulled.i wish someone could come out with an around the neck noise canceling. I love my bose quiet 30.

Great product, resilient easy to use does very comfortable and light weight easy to wear all day. Sound quality is good not the best idcsay 6 out of 10 no base. If your looking for best music Bose Quiet 45 superior in sound but bulkier.

Works very well while running and comfortable to wear. Music sounds good and noise cancellation works well enough without entirely blocking the surroundings, which would be a hazard running on the road anyways. Since there are no buds in the ear, no annoying sweat running into the ear canal and it's more comfortable to wear since they just go around the ear. This does make the music sound slightly different from standard buds but still very clear. However, one star off for lack of decent bass, but this seems to be a common issue with bone conduction open ear headphones.

Best headset I've ever had! I listen to music all day at work and can still chat with people in person while wearing them. They're also great for hands-free phone calls. The battery life is impressive – it lasts more than a day and a half on a single charge. They're very comfortable once you get used to them. Sometimes, I even wear them to bed. Plus, they fully recharge in just about an hour.

It’s simply one of those products you have to try for yourself to believe. The sound has rich base, is extremely light weight, and nothing is in or covering your ear hole. Some may use this as their main set of Bluetooth earphones, I find that it works best as a complimentary pair to my powerbeat pros for the gym and airpod pros for portability on the go, because the case fits in my jeans pocket. I’m pretty particular with how I use different headphones, but these can easily be someone’s only pair they use for all different occasions. Worth the $$$

Very happy with the Shokz - OpenRun Pro. At first I was concerned the wrap around the back of my head would be too distracting. Now I put them on and don't realize they are there. I like the fact that they do not interfere with ambient voices or other sounds I would need to pay attention to. As a bike rider, it's important to hear any automobile that is getting close, or too close. They are of good quality and seems they be durable.
