I listen to audio books for sleep and these are great for that. The quality loss is not bad. They are exactly what they say they are and not trying to be a pair of Bose.

Great Headphones for Cycling

I needed a pair of headphones for cycling and after looking around for a while I came across these. I decided to give them a try and haven't been more happier. I still can hear traffic and surroundings while still hearing my music. This is a must while cycling. Just know that these don't have the same sound quality as noise canceling headphones but these are great for a certain purpose.

Mostly as Advertised

Other than that they do exactly as advertised. If I keep them at a reasonable volume, I can hear my surroundings just fine. They are perfect for me because I can't wear headphones at work and erbuds irritate my ears. Sometimes the base overpowers the treble, but that's not a deal breaker for me as long as I don't feel like scratching me sore ears all day.
