Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the sound quality, comfort, battery life, open-ear design, fit, bone conduction, and lightweight features of the OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones. They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology. On the other hand, customers are negative about the volume, bass, price, connectivity, and microphone. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

Uncomfortable to wear with glasses for long periods of time. When battery gets to medium they lose connection constantly with my iphone 13 max. Iam disappointed in quality but its a great concept to not have anything in your ears.

They're okay. I thought that they would be better than my beats but the vibration from the audio is annoying against my temple. Sound quality is not all that and its not worth $200

Nice comfy headphones. I like the feel of them but wasn't the biggest fan of the sound quality, so unfortunately I had to return it.

Does not work well on an iPhone! Although you can listen to music with no problems if a call comes in and your on a iPhone you will drop the call. My friend has one on his pixel and they work fine for him.

Great product and excellent customer service, but these headphones repeatedily fail. While I appreciate the warranty, I've owned four pairs now and all have had issues (mostly charging problems). I bought this pair in Apr 2024 and have already made a warranty claim (Nov 2024).

They had a nice sound to them but I didn’t care for the fit around the ear. I work in an industrial environment and the noise outweighed the sound.

Tinny - Weak - Fussy - Not Worth The Money

When I tried these in the store, they seemed to have good volume, decent base, and were comfortable and easy to wear. When I got them home and charged up, the sound was tinny and weak. At maximum volume it was still what I would consider "usable" volume, but the distortion was notable and ruined the sound quality. No matter how I positioned them or attempted to adjust them (I don't think these are actually adjustable at all), the sound quality was only made worse regardless of what I did. I paid nearly $200 for these and they have the same sound quality as a $30 pair of wired ear buds. Not worth it.

Hi Jim- Shokz here! We're sorry to hear this has been your experience. We highly recommend upgrading to the latest firmware version via the Shokz app for the best experience with your OpenRun Pro 2. There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it. If you decide these are not a good fit for you, we have a 45-day return window. Please visit our website, click "Support" and "Return Center" to begin a claim. Thank you! AfterShokzCHT

Meh. They work, but a majority of the sound is transmitted through speakers. Not great if you dont want others to hear what you're listening to. I think DankPods on YouTube did a review of these,?
